Latondra Dean, a 14-year-old African American girl, tragically lost her life in 1992 in St. Clair County, Illinois. Her death was part of a series of heinous crimes committed by Lorenzo Fayne, a convicted serial killer and rapist. Fayne, who targeted children and young women, was responsible for the deaths of five children and one adult woman between 1989 and 1993.
