Dina Escobar, a 61-year-old Hispanic woman, tragically lost her life in August 2018 under deeply disturbing circumstances. Dina and her brother, Rogelio Escobar, went missing in Houston, Texas, within days of each other. Dina's van was later discovered burned out near Galveston, Texas, raising alarm about her fate.
