iturn0image0On October 13, 1999, 16-year-old African American male Joseph Brown was murdered in Kenner, Louisiana, by serial killer Ronald Joseph Dominique. Dominique lured Brown into his truck under the pretense of purchasing crack cocaine. After they consumed the drug together, Dominique assaulted Brown, striking him multiple times on the head with a blunt object before strangling him with a plastic bag.
