Frank Anthony Aguirre, an 18-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on March 24, 1972, as a victim of the infamous Houston Mass Murders. This series of heinous crimes was orchestrated by Dean Corll, a prolific serial killer, along with his teenage accomplices, Elmer Wayne Henley and David Owen Brooks.
