On a summer day, July 25, 1989, 14-year-old Carrie Moss, a Caucasian female, left her New Boston, New Hampshire home on her bicycle. She was headed to Goffstown to go swimming with friends. This was the last time her family would see her alive. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as having a fair complexion, light-brown hair, and blue eyes. She was wearing stone-washed jeans, a jean jacket, and white high-top sneakers over a black one-piece bathing suit.
