In the summer of 1989, fourteen-year-old Carrie Moss, a Caucasian female, was living in the small town of New Boston, New Hampshire. On July 25th, she told her family she was heading to nearby Goffstown to meet up with some friends. It was the last time they would see her alive. For two years, her whereabouts remained a mystery, a period of agonizing uncertainty for her family and community.
