Charity Fay Nava, a 23-year-old woman, tragically lost her life on November 20, 1994, in Miami, Florida. She was one of the victims of Rory Enrique Conde, infamously known as the 'Tamiami Strangler.' Nava, along with several others, fell prey to Conde's spree of violence targeting sex workers along Miami's Tamiami Trail.
