Hallie Ann Seaman, a 25-year-old white female, was a student at the University of Washington pursuing a master's degree in architecture. On April 29, 1975, she was last seen alive. The following day, her body was discovered near a parking lot in Seattle. Hallie had been sexually assaulted and stabbed multiple times. Her vehicle was found set on fire approximately four miles from where her body was located.
