Linda Neal, a 40-year-old Black woman, was found dead on September 25, 2004, in Peoria County, Illinois. Her body was discovered in a field, and it was evident that she had not been killed at the location where she was found. Linda Neal was a sex worker, and her death was part of a series of murders targeting Black female sex workers in the area. The police had already been investigating two other unsolved homicides of Black female sex workers who had been found in similar circumstances earlier ...
