Teresa 'Teri' Brandt, a 46-year-old woman, was tragically murdered on September 13, 2004, in Maitland, Florida. Teri, who was born on March 16, 1958, in Tachikawa, Japan, was staying with her niece, Michelle Jones, in Orlando, Florida, to escape Hurricane Ivan. Teri's husband, Carl 'Charlie' Brandt, was also present at the time.
