Douglas Heard, a 32-year-old resident of St. Louis, Missouri, was found dead on June 8, 2008, as the result of a shooting. The incident occurred in St. Louis city, and law enforcement responded quickly to the scene following reports of gunfire. Upon their arrival, police discovered Heard with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
