Carlos Esquibel, a 37-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically murdered on October 24, 2005, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. On the night of his death, Esquibel reportedly approached Clifton Bloomfield, a known serial killer, at a Fuddruckers restaurant. According to Bloomfield's account, Esquibel made advances towards him, leading Bloomfield to agree to accompany Esquibel back to his apartment.
