Deborah Osborne, a 17-year-old Caucasian female, was tragically murdered on April 7, 1982. Her body was discovered in a shallow grave in the yard of a rundown house in the Charleston section of Staten Island. The house belonged to Sally Biegenwald, the mother of Richard Biegenwald, who was later identified as the key suspect in the killings of Deborah Osborne and several other victims.
