Tracy Zan Powers, a 20-year-old white female, was tragically murdered on May 16, 1983. On that fateful day, Danny Paul Bible, known as "The Ice Pick Killer," broke into the apartment of 21-year-old Pamela Kay Hudgins in Weatherford, Texas. Unbeknownst to Bible, Tracy Zan Powers was visiting Hudgins with her 4-month-old son, Justin. Bible proceeded to bludgeon all three victims to death.
