Pamela Kay Hudgins, a 21-year-old woman, was tragically murdered on May 16, 1983, in Weatherford, Texas. She was a relative of Danny Paul Bible's wife. Bible, known as "The Ice Pick Killer," broke into Hudgins' apartment, unaware that she was being visited by her friend, 20-year-old Tracy Zan Powers, who had brought her 4-month-old son, Justin.
