James Wesley Cornish, a 23-year-old resident of Catonsville, Maryland, tragically lost his life on September 15, 2014. Cornish was found dead inside a car in the 7000 block of Upper Mills Road after being shot multiple times. The incident occurred around 5:14 p.m., and a Baltimore County police sergeant, who was in the vicinity, heard the gunshots and responded immediately.
