Robert King Costello Jr., 23 years old at the time, was last seen in St. Louis, Missouri, on July 1, 1999. He stood 6'2", weighed around 195 to 220 pounds, and was described as having black hair and brown eyes. His nickname was "Bobby," or "Little Bobby."
