William Frank Mellis III, a 61-year-old man from St. Louis, Missouri, was last seen on February 9, 2017. At the time of his disappearance, Mellis had been living with a relative at the La Salette Apartments in St. Louis after having experienced homelessness. His last known location was Weldon Spring, Missouri. Mellis, who had gray hair, blue eyes, and typically wore glasses or contact lenses, has not been heard from since.
