Lorraine Ann Rodriguez, a 21-year-old woman, was found dead on December 27, 1977, in Ventura County, California. Her death was part of a series of murders that occurred in the area during that year. Lorraine, along with two other women, Kimberly Carol Fritz, 18, and Velvet Ann Sanchez, 31, were all strangled to death. The victims were sex workers who frequented local hotels, and their deaths were initially believed to be linked due to the similar manner in which they were killed.
