Susan Peterson, a 27-year-old Caucasian woman, was found dead on February 10, 1991. Her death was part of a series of murders that took place in Dallas, Texas, between 1988 and 1991. Charles Albright, also known as "The Eyeball Killer," was suspected of being involved in her murder.
