Parrish Dixon, a 49-year-old American Airlines flight attendant instructor, tragically lost her life on May 26, 2016, in DeSoto, Texas. She was shot while sleeping in her home by her stepson, Robert Martin Dixon Jr., who was 19 years old at the time. Parrish's husband, Robert Dixon Sr., was also shot but survived and was found calling for help when police arrived.
