On September 6, 2008, Anthony Gardner, a 24-year-old male, was found shot to death in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred in a neighborhood that had seen numerous violent crimes in recent years. Gardner was discovered by emergency responders with multiple gunshot wounds, and despite attempts to provide medical assistance, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
