Larry Dean Dickens, a 26-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 24, 1978, in Pasadena, Texas. Dickens, an ex-Marine and youth counselor, was visiting his mother and sister in Pasadena when the incident occurred. He was shot multiple times by Edward Harold Bell, a 39-year-old man with a history of sexual offenses and indecent exposure.
