Enrique L. Carrisalez

Enrique L. Carrisalez, a 25-year-old Hispanic male, was a patrolman with the Los Fresnos Police Department in Texas. On September 29, 1981, Patrolman Carrisalez was shot and killed after stopping a vehicle for speeding at the intersection of Texas 100 and FM 1847.
