Carrie Marie Scott, a 21-year-old woman from San Antonio, Texas, was tragically murdered on December 11, 1981. She was killed by Stephen Peter Morin, a drifter and cocaine addict from Providence, Rhode Island. Morin was later convicted of her murder, as well as the murders of two other young women, Janna Bruce and Sheila Ann Whalen.
