Carla McMillen Otto, a 19-year-old woman from Fort Worth, Texas, tragically lost her life on March 25, 1985. She was fatally shot during an armed robbery at a Whataburger restaurant on Sycamore School Road in Fort Worth. Carla was with friends when three armed men entered the restaurant and demanded money.
