Carla McMillen Otto, a 19-year-old woman from Fort Worth, Texas, tragically lost her life on March 25, 1985. She was fatally shot during an armed robbery at a Whataburger restaurant on Sycamore School Road in Fort Worth. Carla was with friends when three armed men entered the restaurant and demanded money. During the robbery, one of the robbers shot Carla, leading to her untimely death.
