Mary Lou Pratt, a 33-year-old woman from Dallas, Texas, was tragically murdered on December 13, 1990. Her death was part of a series of murders that terrorized the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas during the late 1980s and early 1990s. Pratt, who was well-known to law enforcement in the area, was one of several victims linked to the infamous "Eyeball Killer," Charles Frederick Albright.
