On the morning of August 26, 2023, 29-year-old Nancy Gonzalez was tragically killed in a murder-suicide incident in Dallas, Texas. Her estranged husband, 33-year-old Christian Lopez Ibarra, fatally shot Nancy before turning the gun on himself. The couple was in the process of divorcing, and Ibarra had recently moved into a rental residence near Nancy's home, where she lived with their three children.
