Thomas Earl Simmons, a 33-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically lost his life on October 16, 1991, in Killeen, Texas. He was one of the victims of the infamous Luby's Cafeteria shooting, a horrific event that took place when George Hennard drove his vehicle through the front window of the cafeteria and began shooting indiscriminately.
