Patricia B. "Pat" Kemp, a 57-year-old white female, tragically lost her life on October 16, 1991, in Killeen, Texas. Pat was one of the victims of the infamous Luby's Cafeteria massacre, a mass shooting that shocked the nation. On that fateful day, Pat and her husband, Sam Carney, had stopped at Luby's to celebrate National Boss's Day.
