James Brian King, a 14-year-old Caucasian male from Telico, Texas, was tragically murdered on July 27, 1993. His stepbrother, Jason Eric Massey, was later found guilty of the crime. Massey, who was 20 years old at the time, had a history of animal cruelty and disturbing behavior.
