Alberto Albert Vasquez, a 32-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on May 22, 2001, in Houston, Texas. Officer Vasquez was patrolling a housing complex at 6200 Marinette Drive during an off-duty security assignment when he was shot and killed.
