Ashley Mason, an 11-year-old girl from Mansfield, Texas, tragically lost her life on August 27, 2001. She was one of the victims in a series of murders committed by Terry Lee Hankins, her stepfather. Hankins was responsible for the deaths of his estranged wife, Tammy Hankins, 34, and her two children, Kevin Galley, 12, and Ashley Mason, 11. The bodies of the victims were discovered by relatives who went to their Mansfield mobile home.
