Duc Tran, a 23-year-old Vietnamese man, tragically passed away on May 8, 2003, in Fort Worth, Texas. Duc, also known as Jason, was a longtime Arlington resident and worked as a nail technician at Elite Nails in Decatur. He was well-loved by his family and friends, and his death was a significant loss to those who knew him.
