Thomas Powley, a 58-year-old man from Fort Worth, Texas, tragically died on July 5, 2017, from a gunshot wound in the backyard of a home on San Angelo Drive in Benbrook. The incident occurred when police responded to a report of a shooting at around 11:45 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Powley deceased and another man who had been shot in the leg.
