Veronica Kelly, a 19-year-old woman from Rowlett, Texas, tragically passed away on August 23, 2004. She was a graduate of Rockwall Christian Academy and worked as a dental assistant at South Texas Dental. Veronica was also an active member of The Inspiring Body of Christ Church. Her death was a significant loss to her family, friends, and community.
