Belinda Ann Loveland, a 52-year-old female of Caucasian ethnicity, was a well-respected attorney and juvenile court judge in Rowlett, Texas. She was born on March 5, 1958, in Dallas, Texas, and graduated from South Garland High School in 1976. She received her law degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 1998. Belinda was known for her dedication to helping children and was the founder of Camp ROCK, a mentoring program for junior high students.
