Debra A. Collins, a 49-year-old woman from Bryan, Texas, tragically lost her life on February 10, 2009. She was fatally wounded during a drive-by shooting at a relative's home in Grimes County. Collins was shot twice in the abdomen and once in the wrist while walking through the living room. Despite being rushed to St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan, she succumbed to her injuries.
