Ruth Rodriguez, a 25-year-old woman from Cedar Park, Texas, tragically died on October 26, 2010. She was the victim of a fatal shooting. The incident occurred on Brushy Creek Road near West Parmer Lane, where police discovered her body in a car after responding to a report of shots being fired. Ruth Rodriguez was identified as the victim the following day.
