Constable Brian David Bachmann, aged 41, was fatally shot on August 13, 2012, while serving an eviction notice at a home in College Station, Texas. Bachmann, a dedicated law enforcement officer with over 20 years of service, was the Brazos County Constable for Precinct 1. He was born on November 29, 1970, in Minot, North Dakota, and was of Caucasian ethnicity.
