Terry Lee Moon Jr., a 32-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically died on January 5, 2014, in Killeen, Texas. He was shot by his brother, who mistook him for a burglar attempting to break into their home. Terry had told his brother he would not return home that night, but he changed his mind and tried to enter through his brother's bedroom window. Unfortunately, his brother, thinking a burglar was entering, fired a single shot that killed Terry.
