Chaunthina Dione Mills, a 28-year-old woman from Dallas, Texas, tragically lost her life on January 20, 2014. She was discovered with fatal gunshot wounds in the Estell Village apartment complex in Southeast Oak Cliff, Dallas. Alongside her, 37-year-old Dwight Dellkirvin Ray was also found deceased.
