On January 23, 2014, a tragic incident occurred at Fort Hood, Texas, resulting in the death of Leila Ezzeddine, a 4-year-old girl of Middle Eastern descent. Leila, along with her 9-year-old sister Zeinab and her father Rouhad Ahamd Ezzeddine, was found dead in their home. The incident was initially suspected to be a murder-suicide, with Rouhad Ahamd Ezzeddine believed to have killed his daughters before taking his own life.
