Talon Prater, a 17-year-old male from St. Louis, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on October 29, 2009. His death was one of the 143 homicides reported by the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department that year. Despite extensive investigations and the efforts of the homicide division, the circumstances surrounding Talon's death remain unclear.
