Adrian Rojo, a 2-year-old Hispanic boy, tragically died on May 24, 2014, in Boerne, Texas. The incident occurred when Adrian was left alone in a car while his parents were moving items in and out of the vehicle. During this time, Adrian found a pistol in the center console of the car and accidentally shot himself in the head. He was immediately taken to University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
