On June 9, 2014, at approximately 7 p.m., Houston Police Department officers responded to a shooting incident at the Regency Square Apartments, located at 7222 Bellerive. Upon arrival, they discovered the body of Joseph B. Milton, a 37-year-old Black male, in the parking lot of the complex.
