Phonsavanh Phetsavanh, a 45-year-old woman of Laotian ethnicity, tragically died on June 14, 2014, in Amarillo, Texas. Her death was part of a double homicide that occurred on June 7, 2014, in the 1200 block of Jasmine Street. The incident involved the murders of Phonsavanh Phetsavanh and Phetkeo Phetkeo.
