Maeghan Bernier, a 29-year-old woman from Austin, Texas, tragically lost her life on July 13, 2014. She was found dead in her apartment at the Gables Grandview Apartments near RM 2222 and Loop 360, with multiple gunshot wounds. The Travis County Medical Examiner's Office ruled her death a homicide.
