Irma Martinez, a 49-year-old woman from Dallas, Texas, tragically lost her life on December 15, 2014. She was fatally shot while sitting in her car, waiting to pick up her son from a meeting of the Dallas Police Explorers. The incident occurred on Greendale Drive near Samuell High School.

Three men were arrested in connection with her death. John Paul Manuel, 19, Antwan Tovar, 26, and Terrance Brown, 18, were charged with capital murder. The arrests came after an unrelated child sex crim ...
