Irma Martinez, a 49-year-old woman from Dallas, Texas, tragically lost her life on December 15, 2014. She was fatally shot while sitting in her car, waiting to pick up her son from a meeting of the Dallas Police Explorers. The incident occurred on Greendale Drive near Samuell High School.
