Terrance Garrett, a 28-year-old man from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on December 20, 2014. He was pronounced dead at the scene of a shooting incident at 16811 City View Place in Houston. The Houston Police Department's Homicide Division responded to the scene and found Garrett with gunshot wounds. Despite efforts from a witness to aid him, paramedics declared him dead at the scene. At the time, there was no known motive or suspects identified in connection with the shooting.
